Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. At
its regular meeting today, the Cabinet discussed the following issues.
-Quarterly monetary incentive to teachers and workers of state-owned vocational training institutes will be studied. The incentive is estimated to be up to 15 percent of their basic salary.
-Based on their work fulfillment and performances, health workers are now receiving monthly incentive equal to 10-15 percent of their basic salary. At today’s cabinet meeting, it was decided to increase monthly incentive of health workers of state-owned hospitals to 10-20 percent of the basic salary beginning from January 2020.
