Mongolian Student Wins World Drone-Coding Championship at Enjoy AI 2025

Ulaanbaatar, December 10, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Mongolian student from “Khurdan” club of Gobi-Altai aimag R. Uuganbayar won a gold medal in the drone coding category at the “Enjoy AI 2025” World Robot Coding Championship Global Final taking place on December 12-14, 2025, in Shanghai, China.
R. Uuganbayar trains under the guidance of teacher Ch. Battulga of Secondary School No. 2 and the “Unitel STEAM Hub” of the Gobi-Altai aimag’s Family, Child, and Youth Development Agency. He previously won first place at the “Khurdan CUP,” a regional competition for senior students of the western provinces, held in Khovd aimag in October, 2025.
Moreover, students B. Yesunmunkh and E. Urnukhbayar from the
“Unitel STEAM Hub” of Gobi-Altai aimag claimed silver medals in the robot
coding category of the world championship.
A total of 38 Mongolian teams competed in three categories
at the “Enjoy AI 2025” World Robot Coding Championship Global Final, which brought
together participants from 61 countries.
