Mining Minister makes trips to three aimags

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry D.Sumiyabazar worked in Dornogobi, Gobisumber and Khentii aimags and got familiarized with operations of ‘Khukh Tsav Cement Plant’ of Mongolyn Alt Corporation (MAK), Dongsheng Petroleum Mongolia LLC, Badrakh Energy LLC, ‘Mon Atom’ LLC and ‘Sainshand Wind Park’ LLC. MPs B.Delgersaikhan, G.Munkhtsetseg and D.Garamjav were included in the delegation, reported the Press Division of the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry on May 14.
On the sidelines of the working trip, they visited Altanshiree soum of Dornogobi aimag to see the area where the government plans to build Oil Refinery due to its natural resources and well-developed infrastructure.
Moreover, the government intends to build a vertical axle highway relied on Mongolia’s two biggest plants; MONCEMENT and Khukh Tsav Cement Plant, located in Dornogobi aimag.
After getting familiar with operations of the company in Dornogobi aimag, Mining Minister D.Sumiyabazar and Minister of Road and Transportation Development J.Bat-Erdene headed to Khentii aimag, where they saw activities of Bor-Undur Fluorspar Concentrator Plant of Mongolrostsvetmet LLC and held a meeting with local community.
