95 percent of citizen complaints and petitions settled

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ During its regular meeting on Wednesday, the Cabinet got familiarized with a report on settlement of complaints and petitions lodged by citizens to governmental organizations and officials in the first half of 2017.
In the first six months of this year, 325,600 citizens filed requests, complaints and petitions. The performance rate stands at 95,4 percent as 310,615 requests and complaints were responded to within the time limit.
