Freestyle wrestlers bring 13 medals from Hailar international tournament

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian freestyle wrestlers claimed 13 medals in total at ‘Barga Cup’ which wrapped up on June 26 in Hailar disctrict of Khulunbuir, China.
At the tournament competed were athletes from Mongolia, Russia, China and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
On the first day of the tournament, male wrestlers won two gold, three silver and four bronze medals.
Namely, M.Khishigmaa, an athlete of ‘Arslan’ club captured a gold in 68kg weight, B.Bolortuya and Kh.Bolortuya won silver medals in 57kg and 62kg as well as E.Sarankhukuu claimed bronze in 72kg.
More than 30 Mongolian athletes partook in the competition.
