Mongolian 3x3 basketball team to compete in Utsunomiya Masters

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian 3x3 basketball team ‘Ulaanbaatar Khangarid (Khan Garuda)’ is to compete at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Utsunomiya Masters, which will take place in Japan on the weekend of July 28-29.
Last year, Ulaanbaatar Khangarid took the fourth place. As for this year, Mongolian team was included in Group D along with teams ‘Ljubljana’ of Slovenia and ‘Auckland’ of New Zealand. Moreover, Stop 3 and 4 of the FIBA 3x3 U23 National League will be organized concurrently with Utsunomiya Masters, in which Mongolian male and female teams will compete.
The 12 teams from Serbia, Slovenia, Mongolia, the Netherlands, Czech, China, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand and Australia will participate in the second stage of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour or Utsunomiya Masters.
