Permanent Representative to OSCE chairs 31st Meeting

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The 31st meeting on assessment of
the implementation of the Vienna Document on Confidence and Security-Building
Measures by the member countries of the Organization for Security and
Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is being held from March 1 to 3.
Mongolia’s Permanent Representative to OSCE G.Battungalag
is chairing the meeting that brings together over 300 representatives from OSCE
member and partner countries.
The meeting is discussing how to build confidence and
security among OSCE members and measures to be taken and the countries’
compliance with their obligations and commitments under the Vienna Document.
Incidentally, Mongolia chaired the OSCE Forum for Security
Co-operation, which works to improve military security and stability in Europe,
from January to April, 2015.
