Evidence documents supporting appeal for disbanding MPP forwarded to State Supreme Court

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga appealed to the State Supreme Court, April 19th, 2021, to disband the Mongolian People’s Party, and requested his appeal to be resolved with reference to Section 23.2, Article 23 of the Law on Political Parties.
"The President had intended to personally hand in the appeal and present the evidences to the State Supreme Court at 11:00 am, April 23rd. However, due to a COVID-19 case recorded among the Supreme Court staff, the appeal is being forwarded to the State Supreme Court by post." reports the Office of the President of Mongolia.
