Deputy Prime Minister participates in CICA Summit

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia S.Amarsaikhan participated in the Sixth Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) which was held on October 12-13 in Astana, Kazakhstan.
In his speech delivered at the summit, the Deputy PM extended greetings to the participants on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of CICA while expressing confidence that the Astana Statement, which was adopted during the summit, will open a new page of cooperation between the member countries and increase CICA’s role in the international arena.
In addition, the Deputy PM expressed Mongolia's position on international and regional issues and presented policies and activities implemented within the framework of Mongolia's foreign policy and social, economic, and sustainable development goals.
