Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Presents Credentials

Ulaanbaatar, April 3, 2026 /MONTSAME/. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Mongolia, Aybek Moldogaziev, presented his Letter of Credence to President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa.
President Khurelsukh congratulated the Ambassador on assuming his official duties and wished him success in his work. He noted that the traditionally friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries continue to expand and are increasingly enriched with economic substance.
The President emphasized that reciprocal high- and top-level visits, along with intensified dialogue, have contributed to deepening bilateral relations and strengthening the friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries. He also highlighted the broad opportunities to further consolidate and develop Mongolia–Kyrgyzstan relations within the framework of the Comprehensive Partnership.
Ambassador Aybek Moldogaziev described his appointment as a great honor and expressed his commitment to actively working toward deepening mutually beneficial cooperation under the Comprehensive Partnership framework.
Mongolia and the Kyrgyz Republic established diplomatic relations on April 22, 1992. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov paid a visit to Mongolia in 2023, while President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh conducted a state visit to the Kyrgyz Republic last year.
During the Mongolian President’s visit, the two Heads of State elevated their traditionally friendly relations to the level of a Comprehensive Partnership, making Kyrgyzstan the second Central Asian country to establish such a partnership with Mongolia, according to the Office of the President of Mongolia.
