Ophthalmic division of Darkhan-Uul aimag receives equipment from France

Darkhan-Uul /MONTSAME/ On June 8, a ceremony to hand over equipment for the Health Department and Ophthalmic division of the Central Hospital of Darkhan-Uul aimag was held. The equipment was donated by 'Action of Mongolia’ non-governmental organization of France.
During the event, B.Erdenetulga, general doctor of the Central Hospital said, "The Ophthalmic Division of the Darkhan-Uul Central Hospital is now provided with opportunity to perform every type of diagnosis of eye diseases and visual problems thanks to this new equipment for diagnosis and treatment". The donated equipment consists of Nidek 2000 auto contact tonometer and Nidek auto refractometer.

The ‘Action Mongolia’ NGO previously worked to assist some hospitals and clinics of Ulaanbaatar city by providing necessary equipment and training for doctors and medical staff.
