Apartment database of the capital city established

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A database on apartments in the capital city was established by the capital city’s Housing Corporation.
The database will provide information on apartment demand and supply, registering apartment applications by middle and low income citizens and public servants online and linking it to data on apartments for sale or rent. The database will be also used to organize works to provide citizens with apartments or renting based on their income transparently and fair.
On October 6, A.Enkhmanlai, deputy director of the Housing Corporation of Ulaanbaatar introduced the database to officials of the city administration.
Citizens should be registered at the website www.nosk.ub.gov.mn to become a user of the database and have access to the unified information on apartments in detail and statistical data.
