Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Confederation of Mongolian Journalists (CMJ) awarded the best media organizations and journalists of 2017 during an annual award ceremony held on December 8.

The Best Local Newspaper award went to Erdenet Today newspaper by Erdenet JSC, the Best Local TV Channel to Dornod TV, the Best Magazine to Zindaa magazine, the Best Newspaper to Undesnii Shuuden (National Post), the Best Radio Channel to Voice of Mongolia channel of the Mongolian National Public Radio and Television and the Best TV Channel to MNB News channel.

Journalist Kh.Uyanga from Unuudur newspaper (Today) received the Best Journalist award. Awards of the CMJ President were given to Zuunii Medee newspaper, a local newspaper published in Bayan-Ulgii aimag and Ulaanbaatar.mn website.
