UK Trade Envoy to Mongolia appointed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The United Kingdom Prime Minister Theresa May has appointed a Trade Envoy to Mongolia.

According to a statement published on the website of the UK Parliament on January 23, MP Julian Knight was appointed Trade Envoy to Mongolia.

Moreover, MP Ranil Jayawardena was appointed Trade Envoy to Sri Lanka, expanding the total number of Prime Ministerial Trade Envoys to 30 Parliamentarians covering 59 markets around the world.

The appointment of the UK Trade Envoy to Mongolia is expected to bolster bilateral trade ties and investment cooperation.
