P.Orkhon becomes best athlete of the Month for the second time

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ State Honored athlete P.Orkhon selected as the best athlete of the Month for March 2018.
P.Orkhon triumphed at the 2018 Senior Asian Wrestling Championships which ran from February 27 to March 4 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. She has been nominated for the fourth time for 'Best Athlete of the Month' and this is the second time she has been selected as the 'Best Athlete of the Month'.
To promote athletes that successfully participated in the international and domestic tournaments and to evaluate the events that happened in the Mongolian Sports, Mongolian National Olympic Committee names the 'The Best Athlete of the Month'. Best athletes of the previous months were judoka D.Sumya, freestyle wrestler P.Orkhon, chess player D.Batsuren, men's 3x3 basketball team, swimmer B.Enkhkhuslen and taekwondo fighter P.Temuujin.
Nominees for the best athlete of the Month for March were gold medalist of the 'Prix of the Buryatia Republic's President' E.Bekhbayar and women's freestyle wrestling team which grabbed bronze medal in the 17th Women's Wrestling World Cup in Takasaki, Japan.
