Event themed ‘Trade and investment opportunities in India’ held

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ ‘Trade and investment opportunities in India’, an event designated for supporting businesspeople of Mongolia and India and expanding their cooperation was held at Great Hall of Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) on December 12.


Chairman of MNCCI B.Lkhagvajav noted India is a spiritual neighbor and strategic partner of Mongolia and that expanding relations and cooperation with its third neighbor, India is one of the top priorities of Mongolia’s foreign policy while expressing pleasure with the intensification of bilateral relations in recent years.


At the event, Second Secretary at the Embassy of India in Ulaanbaatar Deepak Kumar Mohapatra, curriculum manager at Ulaanbaatar Elite International School Benedict Edward, and Assistant FAO Representative in Mongolia G.Nyamjargal delivered speeches and held open discussions about Mongolia-India cooperation in pharmaceutical sector, production of dairy products and cooperation possibilities in the sectors of education, tourism and business.
