Ch.Ulaan appointed as Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Member of Parliament Ch.Ulaan was appointed as Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry with 94.5 percent votes of the members who attended plenary meeting of the parliament on January 11.


Soon after the appointment, Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Ch.Ulaan received state seal from Deputy Prime Minister U.Enkhtuvshin. During the ceremony Deputy Prime Minister U.Enkhtuvshin requested the new minister to pay attention to the numerous issues proposed by the members during the plenary meeting and wished him success.


Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Ch.Ulaan is an experienced politician and parliamentarian who has been elected as Member of Parliament for six times, as Minister of Finance for three times and served as Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia and Deputy Speaker of the Parliament.
