Direct air route launched between Ulaangom and Kyzyl

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On March 26, a direct air route was launched between Deglii Tsagaan Airport situated north of Ulaangom city in Uvs aimag, Mongolia, and Kyzyl Airport in Kyzyl, the capital of the Tuva Republic in the Russian Federation, and the Mongolian airline Hunnu Air is to operate direct flights on the route.


The new air route opens up an opportunity to reduce travel time between the two locations by 10 minutes and save 300 kilograms of fuel per flight, thus making it possible to offer air services to passengers at cheaper prices.
