Practical training of trainers organized

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Under the COVID-19 Emergency Response
Project funded by the ‘Cooperative Technical and Vocational Education and
Training’ (cTVET) project implemented by GIZ Mongolei, a practical Training of
Trainers (T2T) was successfully organized.
The training was attended by directors of 3 TVET institutions in Ulaanbaatar, Zavkhan, Darkhan-Uul, Dornod and Umnugobi aimags, polytechnic colleges, labor safety officers, social workers, school doctors, parents, and students.
The participants of the training and conducted a general assessment of the Pandemic and Disaster Risk, developed a risk reduction action plan, and learned methodological skills to clarify the disaster protection plan.
This training, which contributed to the ‘Safe Schools’
international initiative by the United Nations Disaster Risk Reduction Agency,
resulted in a general disaster risk assessment of the building of the
Construction Polytechnic College and an external disaster risk reduction action
plan.
