Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At the Cabinet meeting on April
28, the Minister of Finance briefed the implementation progress of the ‘MNT 10
trillion plan for the health protection and economic recovery’. Within the
framework of the plan, it is planned to carry out 56 measures in total, and of
which 25 will be implemented this year, three in 2021-2022, 17 in 2021-2024 and
11 measures will be carried out depending on the infection situation. As of
April 26, 8,784 borrowers have received loans worth MNT 604.2 billion within a
goal to support employment.
Moreover, the Minister of Health reported on research works
on the coronavirus infection. A total of 14 researches are being made in
2020-2021 in this field.
