Charter flight brings 138 foreign nationals

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. A charter flight en route Seoul-Ulaanbaatar landed yesterday at 5:14 pm at Buyant-Ukhaa International Airport in Ulaanbaatar.


The plane brought 138 foreign nationals from seven countries, including France, Hungary, South Korea, Ghana, the U.S and Australia.


The passengers who have been vaccinated with both first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine 14 days before their arrivals are being isolated at home for 7 days. The rest have been put into isolation at ‘Amar’, ‘Kempinski’, ‘Ibis’, and ‘Novotel’ hotels, reports Operative Staff of the State Emergency Commission.


Mongolia plans to repatriate about its 2978 citizens from abroad this month.
