COVID-19: 2,796 new cases, nine deaths reported

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. According to the Ministry of
Health, 2,796 cases of COVID-19 and nine deaths were
recorded nationwide within the past 24 hours. In specific, 1,164 new cases were
confirmed in the capital city, with 1,632 cases in all provinces.
As of today, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Mongolia has reached 269,476. Currently, 22,387 people are receiving hospital treatment for COVID-19 in the capital city and provinces whilst 53,056 people with mild symptoms of COVID-19 are being isolated at home.
Of the total patients currently undergoing treatment at hospitals, there are 14,201 patients in mild, 5,920 in moderate, 1,904 in severe, and 362 in critical conditions.
