Famous tennis players to travel through Mongolian Gobi

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The Mongolian
Embassy to the USA decided to implement ‘Legends abroad’ project with the U.S. organization ‘International
Experiences’.
The ceremony to present the project was organized at the Embassy of Mongolia on
March 3. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the
United States U.Batbayar noted that Mongolia has fully opened its border to
international travel, and stressed that tourism sector is one of the key factors
in Mongolia's post-pandemic economic recovery.
‘Legends abroad’ project allows famous American sportspersons to travel to unique places in the world, aside from organizing corresponding events. Within the framework of the project, Bob and Michael Bryan - the Bryan brothers, retired American professional doubles tennis players and most successful doubles duo of all time, will travel through the Mongolian Gobi on August. Organizers of the event believe that the project would be a great importance for developing tourism sector in Mongolia, promoting the history, arts, cultural heritage, and social and economic development to the world, as well as attaching an investment.
