Methodological training on employment support program held

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Methodological training on ‘Employment
support program’ and ‘Skill assessment and employment plan for job seekers and
unemployed people’ was organized in partnership with the Ministry of Social
Labor and Protection on April 18-19.
The event was opened by Ms. Nashida Sattar, UNDP Deputy
Resident Representative, Mr. Adrien Mourgues, Head Cooperation team of the EU
Delegation to Mongolia, and Mr.Dambii Sodnomdorj, Head of the Employment Policy
Implementation Coordination Department at MLSP.
The “profiling” methodology is an employment service which
most EU countries implement is being introduced to Mongolia's public employment
services and activities. The main purpose of the training is to introduce and
teach the methodology to the participants.
The profiling method is widely used in public employment
services that identify skills, attitudes, resources, and aspects that need to
be developed for job seekers and the unemployed.
