Mongolia, Serbia hold 2nd political consultation

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. The 2nd political consultation between
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of the Republic of Serbia was held on September 7, 2022 in Belgrade.
The political consultation was chaired by State Secretary of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia N. Ankhbayar, and by Assistant
Minister for Bilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia
Vladimir Maric.
The meeting is significant to intensifying dialogue and
strengthening cooperation between the two countries. At the meeting, the
parties agreed to expand bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy, trade,
investment, agriculture, transportation, logistics, health, education, tourism,
and culture.
In particular, the parties discussed the effective
implementation of the intergovernmental agreement between Mongolia and the
Republic of Serbia on trade and economic cooperation, and signed an
intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the education sector.
The parties also came to a decision to conclude an
intergovernmental agreement on international road transport cooperation in the
near future.
