Cooperation in energy, health, education and cultural sectors to be developed

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Today, October 3, Prime Minister of
Mongolia L. Oyun-Erdene received Niels Annen, Parliamentary State Secretary at
the Federal Economic Cooperation and Development Ministry of Germany, and
exchanged views on bilateral relations and cooperation.
Conveying congratulations on the German Unity Day at the beginning of the
meeting, the Prime Minister thanked for Germany’s decision to include Mongolia
in its Program for Development Policy Cooperation and expressed gratitude for his contribution to further strengthening
the traditional friendly relations between the two countries and supporting
bilateral cooperation.
The Prime Minister said that the Mongolian Government is
implementing the ‘New Revival Policy’, aiming to stimulate the economy and transition
from welfare to labor, from import to export, and from extraction to
processing.
Parliamentary State Secretary of the Federal Economic
Cooperation and Development Ministry of Germany Niels Annen thanked the Prime Minister
for audience and noted that the basic relations are ready to commence a new era
of development cooperation with democratic Mongolia and develop cooperation in
the fields of energy, renewable energy, and agriculture.
The parties discussed bilateral relations and cooperation in
the fields of renewable energy, health, education and culture.
