President Khurelsukh to Participate in the 79th Session of the UN General Assembly

Ulaanbaatar, September 20, 2024 /MONTSAME/. President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa will participate in the General Debate of the 79th Session of the UN General Assembly and the UN Summit of the Future on September 21-26, 2024.
The theme for the General Debate of the 79th Session of the General Assembly is "Leaving no one behind: acting together for the advancement of peace, sustainable development and human dignity for present and future generations."
President Khurelsukh will address the General Debate of the 79th Session of the UN General Assembly and the UN Summit of the Future, expressing Mongolia’s position on the pressing issues of international relations and introducing the goals and priorities of the foreign policy implemented by the government of Mongolia.
Also, President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa will hold bilateral meetings with the UN Secretary-General and several Heads of State and Government of UN member states to exchange views on relations and cooperation. Leaders from over 140 countries have confirmed their participation in the 79th Session of the UN General Assembly.
President Khurelsukh has consistently participated in the General Debate of the UN General Assembly since 2021.
