Mongolia Hosts Workshop on UN Security Council Resolution on “Women, Peace and Security”

Ulaanbaatar, February 12, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia co-organized a Workshop on the Implementation of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on “Women, Peace and Security” in collaboration with the Embassy of Canada to Mongolia and the UN Women’s Regional Office in Asia and the Pacific on February 10-11, 2025, in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia.
The workshop aims to raise awareness of the Women, Peace and Security agenda, study the experiences of other countries in its implementation, adopt a National Action Plan, and develop a roadmap.
