PM Zandanshatar Visits Construction of ‘Mimo’ Agro Park

Ulaanbaatar, September 8, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Prime Minister Zandanshatar Gombojav has visited the construction of the ‘Mimo’ Agro Park operating in Baruunburen soum of Selenge aimag.
For the first time in the local area, the ‘Mimo Erdes Premix’ company has established a large factory capable of producing 50 tons of specially formulated feed per day. The automated feed factory of the Mimo Agro Park will commence operations on September 30, 2025. Previously, production capacity was 5 tons per day, but with the expansion of the factory, capacity has increased tenfold. As a result, the production of scientifically based mineral feed will increase, creating conditions for price reduction.
The specially formulated feed is produced by enriching wheat, corn, barley, oats, and beans with minerals using modern technology. Mineral feed not only increases meat yield but also proves effective in strengthening livestock during harsh conditions such as droughts and dzud, helping herders to pass through winter and spring without losses. With the establishment of this feed factory in the local area, herders are now able to save on transportation costs and time. Moreover, the expansion of the factory has created new jobs, according to the Media and Public Relations Department of the Government of Mongolia.
