Monument for Hero Sh.Gongor unveiled in Khentii aimag

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Within
the framework of celebratory events for the 80th anniversary of the
Victory of Khalkhin Gol Battle held in Chinggis city of Khentii aimag, a
monument was unveiled in dedication to a Hero of the Mongolian People’s Republic
Sh.Gongor, who played valuable contribution to the victory of Khalkhin Gol
Battle.
Present at the unveiling ceremony
were Deputy Minister of Defense T.Dulamdorj, officials of the Ministry, with
the performances of Military Song and Dance Ensemble, Mongolian Military Museum
as well as others.
