The opening ceremony of the conference was addressed by Prime Minister J.Erdenebat who wished success to the conference. He said, “Mongolia is transferring from nomadic to urban civilization robustly, and Ulaanbaatar is the biggest example. Therefore, we must develop Ulaanbaatar as a modern city based on knowledge”. Moreover, an exhibition themed ‘Urban Development and Tourism’ was organized in conjunction with the conference.
