Ticket machines to be available for inter-city transportation

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Two ticket machines for Inter-city transportation were installed at Dragon center and at Bayanzurkh passenger transportation center. The Ministry of Road and Transport Development, National Auto Transportation Center and ‘Metatek’ Company are carrying out test for a month to introduce it to transportation services.
When the test proves a success, then ticket machines are planned to be installed in the Central Post Office, big markets and trade centers and passenger transportation centers in 21 aimag centers. The machines will work for 24 hours.
“- We are working so that the machine issues also tickets for plane and train, some references by the National center of auto transportation as well as fine payments” said chair of the Transportation Regulation Department of Ministry of Road and Transport Development D.Batbayar.
One machine costs USD15.000 and ‘Metatek’ Company funds all costs.
