Mongolians win four medals in Tashkent Grand Prix

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian judokas grabbed four medals in the Tashkent Grand Prix concluded on October 6 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
On the first day of the tournament, M.Urantsetseg, silver medalist of the 2017 World Championships, won gold medal in the women’s -48kg contest. The same day, G.Kherlen IMS claimed silver medal in the men’s -66kg and D.Altansukh IMS--bronze medal in the same division. Another Mongolian N.Dagvasuren captured silver medal in the men’s -81 kg contest.
Almost 140 judokas from 15 countries took part in the Tashkent Grand Prix 2017. As the team result, Mongolia was ranked 3rd place, following Israel and Uzbekistan.
