Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The meeting of an Executive Committee of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee was organized on February 2 and during the meeting names of the  national team to compete in "Pyeonchang-2018" XXIII Winter Olympics were approved.

The  team of Mongolia will participate with the following line-up in "Pyeonchang-2018" XXIII Winter Olympics.

1.Team Leader-B.Bat-Erdene / member of the Executive Committee of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee, Member of Parliament/

Team leader should attend everyday meeting of team leaders among the countries participating in "Pyeonchang-2018" Winter Olympics and follow the decisions and recommendations made by the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games and lead the team. He should, also partake in the opening, closing ceremony of the Olympic Game and other cultural events. 

2.Coach-Kh.Khash-Erdene /Coach of the National team/
follows the schedules provided by the Organizing Committee of Olympic Games and prepare and train for the competitions.

3.Athlete-Ch.Otgontsetseg/Athlete of the National team/
will compete in 10km cross country skiing representing Mongolia on 15th of February at 15:30PM

4.Athlete-B.Achbadrakh/Athlete of the National team/

He will be a Mongolian flag bearer during the opening, closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games and on February 16 at 15:00PM will compete in 15 km cross country skiing representing Mongolia

5. President of the Mongolian Ski Association - D. Khishigjargal  will work during the first days of Olympic Games and partake in the opening ceremony.

6. Vice-President of the Mongolian Ski Association - Ch. Gantumur will work during the last days of Olympic Games and participate in closing ceremony.

The administration of Mongolian Ski Association will meet with the International, Asian and other representatives and administrations of the ski association that are partaking in Olympic Games.

7. National team staff-B.Bayartuya/Secretary of Mongolian National Olympic Committee's department of foreign affairs.

will work as a national team's staff and inform the athletes about news and information of the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games and attend technical sessions, also work as a translator. 

8. Press Attache-A.Undral/Media and partnership secretariat of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee/

will be working in the Pyeonchang-2018 Organizing Committee's press centre and inform the public about Olympic news and information.

9.Minister of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sciences and Sports of Mongolia-Ts.Tsogzolmaa

10.Adviser of the Minister of  Education, Culture, Sciences and Sports of Mongolia-N.Bayarsaikhan

The Minister will partake in the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games and meet with the Ministers of Sports of the participating countries.

12.Secretary General of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee E.Badar-Uugan

The administration of the National Olympic Committee will hold meetings with administrations and representatives of  National Olympic Committees,  International and Asian Ski Associations, International Ice Skating and Biathlon Associations. They will also participate in cultural and other events organized by the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games.
