Mongolian power lifters bring pairs of gold and silver medals

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ Mongolian powerlifting team won a pair of gold and silver medals at IPF World Men’s Bench Press Championships, held in Potchefstroom, South Africa on April 23-28.
In the -120kg event, athlete B.Chimedtseren won a gold medal, lifting 357kg. He is a silver medalist of a World Championship and three-time champion of Asian Championship.
In masters’ competition, B.Uuganbayar (-105kg) won a gold and Ts.Bayarkhuu (-120kg) grabbed a silver medal. In the +120kg, World champion B.Altangerel won a silver medal.
