Cabinet meeting in brief

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ At the regular Cabinet meeting on June 6, the following decisions were made.
- The Cabinet approved the State Policy on developing oil sector until 2027. The approval of the policy will enable to improve the capacity of labor force in the sector and reduce the labor force to be received from abroad. Moreover, it will increase investment, reduce outflows of capital, create state-owned companies and increase yields to rural areas.
- The Cabinet supported in principle a draft Presidential Decree on Guideline to the Government on the Reforms of National Pension System. It was decided to offer few suggestions.
- The Cabinet discussed draft loan and project agreements of the Project on efficiency improvement of central regional electricity transmission and distribution network and decided to consult with corresponding Parliamentary Standing Committee.
- A package of bills to amend existing laws in the minerals sector were considered. The Cabinet decided to submit the bills to the Parliament.
