Para-athletics team successfully participate in World Para Athletics Grand Prix

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. 320 athletes of 40 countries competed in the World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2019, which took place in Bydgoszcz, Poland last weekend. The national para-athletics team has successfully participated in the grand prix tournament.
In the F-57 division, G.Tsogtgerel finished in first place in shot put, while she set a new national record for discus throw. As for P.Enkhmanlai, he finished in third place in the 100m race and second place in the 400m race in the T-53 division, while D.Saruultugs was able to set a new national record in the discus throw and shot put. B.Garmaabazar has also set a new national record in the 1,500m race.
The participation of the para-athletics athletes in the World Para Athletics Grand Prix in Poland was supported by the Physical Culture and Sports Authority, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sports.
