M.Munkhgerel wins bronze at world championships

On August 1, two time junior freestyle wrestling champion, winner of Saori
Yoshida and Asashoryu Cups, 11th grader of the 122nd secondary
school M.Munkhgerel won a bronze medal in 49 kg weight
class in women's freestyle event at the 2019 Cadet World Championships
in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Genco sports club’s athlete Munkhgerel grabbed Mongolia’s 16th medal at junior world championships after claiming a 6-6 win over China’s World and Asian bronze medalist Xiaomin Xie.
