Foreign Ministries of Mongolia and Italy Hold Fourth Political Consultative Meeting

Ulaanbaatar, March 24, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The Fourth Political Consultative Meeting between the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Mongolia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic took place on March 21, 2025, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The Political Consultative Meeting was chaired by State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Munkhtushig Lkhanaajav and Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy Maria Tripodi.
At the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the current political, social, and economic situation in the two countries, as well as government policies and goals. The two parties also discussed celebrating the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Italian Republic with tangible content and results.
The two sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation within the framework of the United Nations and other international organizations and held discussions on some international issues.
