Over Six Hundred Larch Trees Planted

Ulaanbaatar, May 5, 2025 /MONTSAME/. As part of the National Tree Planting Days of 2025, a tree planting event was held at the “Inchon Dream Grove” in the Ar Gunt area of Songinokhairkhan District, Ulaanbaatar City.
Over 600 larch trees were planted by employees from the Environment Department of the Capital City, the Department of Capital Land Management, the Citizens' Representative Office of Songinokhairkhan District, and teams involved in various projects being implemented in the capital.
By decree of the President of Mongolia, the first Saturdays and Sundays of May and September each year have been designated as National Tree Planting Days. As a result, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change of Mongolia has called everyone for actively participating in planting and caring for trees, as well as in promoting tree planting initiatives.
