Ulaanbaatar, August 25, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Summary of events for the week of August 25–31, 2025.


Events in Ulaanbaatar:

August 25: The Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, the Mongolian Bar Association, and the Institute for Mongolia-Korean Law of the International University of Ulaanbaatar, in cooperation with the Association of the Korean Society of Law, to organize a discussion on “Family Law in Mongolia and Korea: Legal Regulation of Family Dispute Proceedings.”

August 25: Mongolia to celebrate National Youth Day.

August 25-26: Under the auspices of the President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, the World Women Entrepreneurs Forum (WWEF) to take place.

August 25-29: A consultative meeting of the railway and transportation of Mongolia, the Russian Federation, and the People’s Republic of China, as well as the Border Railway Commission, to be held in Ulaanbaatar.

August 26: The 8th National Children’s Summer Sports Festival is to commence, an event organized biannually.

August 26: The Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the School of Political Science, International Relations, and Public Administration of the National University of Mongolia to jointly organize the 9th Conference on “Hegemonic Constitution — Hegemonic Democracy” at the Galleria Ulaanbaatar.

August 29: The International Day against Nuclear Tests is to be observed.

August 31-September 7: The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) to organize the Asia Cup for boys aged 16 and under (U16).


Events Abroad:

August 25–30: “The 5th China-Mongolia Expo” will be held in Hohhot, capital of the People’s Republic of China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
