日前召开的政府例行会议发出指 令，从2019年5月15日起禁止使用原 煤。除非在乌兰巴托市巴彦珠日赫、 青格勒台、苏赫巴托、巴彦高勒、汗乌拉、索根海尔汗区授权生产热电企 业，自2019年5月15日起禁止其他企 业、单位或个人使用原煤。 至于限制使用原煤问题，向财政部长其•呼日勒 巴特尔、自然环境与旅游部部长恩•策仁巴特、能源 部部长策•达瓦苏仁、首都行政长官兼乌兰巴托市市长苏•巴特宝勒德等下达在2018年7月1日前研究使用升级燃料需求和保障其价格平衡等问题指示。
