President receives Mayor of Seoul

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Mr Ts.Elbegdorj Tuesday met Mr Park won-soon, the Mayor of Seoul city of South Korea, who is visiting here at an invitation of the Ulaanbaatar city’s Mayor E.Bat-Uul.

During the meeting, the President greeted Mr Park on the 25th anniversary of the Mongolia-S.Korea diplomatic relations and the 20th anniversary of the Ulaanbaatar-Seoul sisterhood ties, and then congratulated him on receiving a Honorary Doctor degree of the Mongolian State University (MSU).

The President said he wants to widen the ties between the capital cities and expressed willingness to learn experience of Seoul to make the Mongolian capital city a smart city and to prepare technical experts for this.
