Ambassador to Brunei presents credentials

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Brunei Mr T.Lhagvadorj last week presented the diplomatic credentials to His Majesty Hassanal Bolkiah, the Sultan of Brunei, at the “Istana Iman Nurul” Palace.

At a meeting after the presentation, the Ambassador conveyed greetings of the Mongolian President to His Majesty Hassanal Bolkiah and people of Brunei, and hoped that the relations between Mongolia and Brunei will expand. Then, he expressed views on how the bilateral relations and cooperation might be broadened.

After this meeting, Mr Lhagvadorj met with Dato Paduka Avang Haji Ali Bin Haji Apong, Brunei’s Minister of Mineral Resources and Tourism, and with Pehin Dato Lim Jok Sen, the Second Minister of Foreign Relations and Trade, to share views on the bilateral ties. Noting that the two countries have a chance to cooperate in many spheres, the Ambassador said he will focus on increasing cultural exchanges, co-organizing business meetings, cultural and art measures, expanding the ties between organizations and people, and will highlight Mongolia's business and investment environments for Brunei investors.
