Girls’ football team to be coached by Japanese

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A Japanese coach will manage the girls’ football team of Mongolia in accordance with a document.

The memorandum on the matter was inked last year in Ulaanbaatar city by authorities of the Mongolian Football Association (MFA) and the Football Federation of Japan (FFJ). In accordance with the document, the Japanese coach Yoji Iki has arrived here to get familiarized with a situation in Mongolia.

After successful talks between the football federations, the Japanese coach has concurred to collaborate with the Mongolian girls’ team for a year. He will officially take his duty from February 16 of this year.
