Draft amendment to law submitted on geodesy and cartography
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Road and Transportation M.Zorigt Friday submitted to parliament a draft amendment to the law on geodesy and cartography.
M.Zorigt said that the law on geodesy and cartography should be amended because of some requirements to create the infrastructure which is based on space data for state organizations and citizens, to boost a business environment for the sphere and to manage the utilization of cartography and geodesy for performing plans and monitoring in the infrastructure sector.
In order to formulate the amendment of the law, the same laws and legal documents of Russia, Japan, Indonesia and South Korea have been studied, the Minister said.
