Mongolia comes 2nd in 2016 Chemistry Cup

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The national team of men’s boxing has taken the 2nd place in the 43rd Chemistry Cup, which ran March 8-12 in Halle of Germany.

Our boxers have grabbed three gold and one silver medals.

The tournament ran with 93 competitors from Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Croatia, England, Jordan, Romania, Denmark, Greece, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Egypt, Morocco and Thailand.

International masters of sports G.Gan-Erdene, Kh.Enkh-Amar and E.Tsendbaatar won gold medals in 49kg, 52kg and 56kg. Another Mongolian B.Chinzorig claimed a silver medal in 64kg contest.

Boxers of France, England, Germany, the Netherlands and Croatia won at least one gold medal in the tournament.
