Two more boxers got Olympic quotas

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Competing in the Asia-Pacific qualification tournament for boxing that is  continuing in Qian’an of China, an Asian Games champion Mongolian D.Otgondalai IMS beat a Japanese Daisuke Narimatsu in the men’s -60kg weight category on Thursday.

Thanks to reaching the finals, our boxer got the Olympic quota in the division and will fight now with Filipino Charlie Suarez in the finals.

Another Mongolian G.Gan-Erdene IMS also received a quota after defeating an Indian Devendro Laishram in the men’s 49kg at the bronze medal bout.

In the men’s -74kg, N.Shinebayar could not get the quota in the tournament, but still has a chance to have the right after a qualification tournament in Azerbaijan.
