Mongolian pupils participate in Kocian violin competition
Art & CultureUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Five pupils and their teachers of the College of Music and Dance have successfully taken part in the 58th Kocian international violin competition held in Usti nad Orlici, the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs published Saturday.
This year’s competition was attended by junior violinists from 12 countries. A pupil B.Jambalbayarnyam won a bronze medal in the contest of under 10 years old. Other children B.Ayalguun, E.Emujin, Ts.Maralgoo and B.Anudari took special prizes.
The competition organizers highly spoke skills of the Mongolian young violinists, while the contestants of the college expressed thanks to the Mongolian Embassy for supporting them to attend the international competitions in the Czech Republic.
