State prizes awarded
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the occasion of the 2225th anniversary of the Mongolian Statehood, the 810th anniversary of the Great Mongol Empire and the 95th anniversary of the People’s Revolution of Mongolia, state prizes were granted to foremost people pursuant to a decree of the President Ts.Elbegdorj.
The title of People’s Teacher was bestowed upon Dr Kh.Gelegjamts, an advisory teacher of the National University of Medical Sciences and the title of State Honored Lawyer--to D.Dorligjav, the incumbent Minister of Justice.
Sh.Erdenechimeg, a correspondent of the MONTSAME agency was awarded with the Polar Star Order, and G.Battsetseg, a translator-editor of the News Abroad Desk at the MONTSAME--with the Honored Medal of Labor.
Other people received the titles of state figures, the Red Flag Order of Labor Merit, the Polar Star Order, the Honored Medal of Labor and the Honored Medal of Military.
